The Team
The registered persons are the company directors, Mandy Newman and Michelle McEnroe. They have worked together for 11 years within the field of Acquired Brain injury.
The Registered Homes Manager is Mandy Newman. The responsible Person is Michelle McEnroe.
Mandy Newman, Director.
Mandy has 25 years experience in the field of brain injury and/or mental health needs. She has managed a variety of brain injury services and programmes. She has experience of setting up and managing new ventures. She holds the Registered Managers award and the NVQ 4 in Care award and has a Diploma in Healthcare Management. She has extensive experience in developing new services (Community and Supported Living Services) and is especially proud of the very positive regulatory reports the services, under her management, have received.
Michelle McEnroe, Director.
Michelle has 12 years experience working with adults with brain injury, initially in community rehabilitation then in longer term supported and transitional living. She has a degree in Behavioural Science, a post graduate qualification in Health Psychology and holds the NVQ 4 Registered Managers award. Michelle has previously held responsibility for all Resident referrals and clinical assessments as well as holding various management / senior management posts.
Both Directors are ‘player/managers' and provide considerable supervision and support while leading and working alongside the staff team.
Peter Bell
Peter is an experienced Team Manager within brain injury and has worked with both Directors previously.
Dr Gavin Tennent DM.FRCPsych
Gavin acts as Consultant Neuropsychiatrist to Kingly House.
Jacky Briggs
Jacky is Human Resource Consultant, providing input and guidance on an as required basis regarding the management of Kingly House employees. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with significant experience in both generalist Human Resources and line management, acquired in a broad range of industry sectors.
Ann Stocker
Ann is a teacher and is qualified in health and safety practices and also holds the NEEBOSH award. She will provide all statutory and complementary staff training. Ann has worked with adults with acquired brain injury for the last 13 years.
We have access, on a consultancy basis, to both specialist Speech & Language and Physiotherapy services: Both providers have many years experience of working with adults with acquired brain injuries.
